SELMER Super Action (SBA) alto saxophone, produced in 1953 in a time of economic growth, when prosperity was spreading more and more after the 2nd World War. The demand for high quality instruments was immense and production at the SELMER factory in Mantes la Ville near Paris was running at full speed.
